Pretty good place to get hibachi. The food was cooked well and included noodles as part of the entrees, which was a little unusual to me but they ended up being the best part. We also ordered sushi, which was surprisingly good. The cocktails they served were probably the worst part of the whole experience. I don’t know if it was an off day, but they did not have a lot of ice and tasted like they might have been made incorrectly. Besides that, the food was good. The atmosphere was fine, but the restaurant felt a little bit dirty and rundown. The hibachi experience was a lot of fun and the chef was very skilled… breakdown is as follows as I have some minor nitpicks: Made the rice into a heart: ✅ Made a big fire on the grill: ✅ Onion volcano: ✅ Bounce the egg on the spatula and break it in half: ❌ Make the little guy pee on you: ❌ As you can see, some crucial hibachi elements were missing, but the performance itself still deserves five stars.

Been here for many celebrations and it’s always a good time. Definitely apart of some amazing traditions, birthdays , and sad goodbyes. Daruma’s staff does it well ❤️

The food was great. Service at the table was great and swift. However, I had a reservation for 7:15pm but we ended up waiting till almost 8:00pm for a table to open. I just expected getting a reservation would make the experience more timely. Seemed like everyone that night was having this issue. It also seemed like the hostess expected us know that we would be waiting for a long time and did not warn us until we asked.

Best hibachi in town we always come eat here and enjoy our food and the staff are very nice too . Its my 3 year old son favorite restaurant 😁

Come here annually for my anniversary date to celebrate my fiance and I's first date. Food is always delicious and the show/cooking is fun without being too over the top. Prices are competitive and the portions are very generous. Always worth it to come back.

This place is perfect for a date night! All the staff are hardworking. They are fast and the food was hands down the best hibachi I’ve ever had. I will be back!

Diamond in the Rough" ​"Don’t let the exterior or the front door fool you—this place is a total diamond in the rough. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to some of the mixed reviews because my experience last night was absolutely outstanding. ​Honestly, the Yum Yum sauce is the best in Columbus, hands down. It puts Benihana to shame! The food was seasoned perfectly and is by far the best hibachi I’ve had in the city. On top of the food being top-tier, the show was fantastic and kept us entertained the whole time. ​If you’re looking for high-quality food and a great atmosphere once you’re inside, this is the spot. I will definitely be returning. Don’t judge this book by its cover—just go for the food and the fun!" I have been to 33 countries and all 50 states , I would say this was top 4. Driving up to this restaurant I will admit I was questioning it however, we decided to at least walk in and look around. Upon entering the restaurant it seemed very busy with lots of customer as well as employees activity. The restaurant felt like it was a bit bigger inside than it looked from the outside. We both used the bathroom prior to seating so we could wash up and I will say this was definitely not a desirable bathroom but the restaurant itself was clean, the service was great, and the Chef was excellent! I would rate it a 7.5/10 for hibachi.
